The TX-RZ70 can power up to 11 speakers simultaneously. Use all 11 channels in a 7.2.4 or 9.2.2 Dolby Atmos or DTS:X® system. Or choose a more conventional surround sound setup and re-arrange the additional channels for sound in up to two additional zones.

Dirac Live® is one of the industry’s best room correction systems and comes standard on the RZ70. Use the included microphone and run the Dirac software on your laptop to take precise measurements of the sound in your room. Once the software completes the test, it then creates a custom EQ correction curve for all of your speakers, designed to overcome the specific acoustic characteristics of your room. And in June 2023, Dirac Live Bass Control will be available to calibrate your subwoofers for the deepest, cleanest bass possible.

If you have Klipsch Reference or Reference Premiere speakers, the RZ70 is made for you. Select your speakers for each channel in the setup menu and Klipsch Optimize Mode automatically selects the correct crossover mode for the best performance. Your Klipsch speakers have never sounded better!

Onkyo has equipped the TX-RZ70 with the latest video technology. All six of its rear-panel HDMI inputs support 8K and 4K video content — perfect for high-quality sources like a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player, Apple TV, or your next-generation gaming system. (The front-panel HDMI input supports 4K/60 video content.)
