NEW TWEETER FOR CLEAR AND LOUD HIGHS
Klipsch has made some remarkable adjustments to the R-40PM tweeter to allow center channel effects and vocals to be clear and precise.
The 1-inch LTS (Linear Travel Suspension) tweeter features a vented enclosure that reduces standing waves that can degrade sound quality. The Tractrix® housing it is housed in has an enlarged mouth for better soundstage and directivity. It also features a soft silicone surface and a unique phase plug that ensures that high tones are smooth and free of distortion.

THERMOFORMED CRYSTAL POLYMER (TCP) WOOFER WITH SPUN-COPPER Using trickle-down technology from Klipsch's highly regarded Reference Premiere series, TCP woofers feature a steeper cone angle for smoother response and improved accuracy and transparency. Additional ribs increase overall rigidity for less cone breakage at higher frequencies.

ELEGANT, MODERN APPEARANCE Hidden fasteners, edge-to-edge horn, and low-profile magnetic grilles give the speakers a sleek, modern look.
