AudioQuest Tower 3.5/3.5mm: The new entry point in the series, the Tower utilizes solid long-grain copper conductors (LGC) and many of the features used throughout the Bridges & Falls line, including asymmetrical dual-balanced geometry, foamed polyethylene insulation, Noise Decoupling System (NDS), and cold-welded gold-plated plugs.

SOLID CORE CONDUCTORS
Audioquest has long advocated solid-core cables over multi-core cables. The electrical and magnetic interaction between the strands in conventional cables can cause distortion, giving the sound an unnatural note. By using long-grain copper with fewer impurities, Audioquest Tower delivers cleaner, clearer sound compared to conventional cables that use high-conductivity oxygen-free copper.

AIR-FILLED POLYETHYLENE FOAM INSULATION
Wire insulation can cause an incomplete signal as it absorbs energy and then releases it as distortion. The tower uses air-filled polyethylene foam, as air absorbs almost no energy, and polyethylene has a low loss and benign distortion profile. The result is reduced distortion for even cleaner sound.

COLD WELDED GOLD PLATED PLUG
By using high-pressure welding instead of soldering, there is less chance of a misconnection between the cable and the plug. This ensures a longer-term, more reliable connection and a low resistance, thus low-distortion connection for the entire life of the cable
